What this is
The Lord of the Rings: The Card Game lets players build decks around heroes, allies, attachments, and events drawn from Tolkien's world. Each scenario has its own quest and encounter deck, which produces enemies, locations, and treacheries the group must overcome while managing threat. The revised core set supports up to four players and adds campaign rules that connect the included adventures through persistent rewards and burdens.
