Account and collection help
Tell us whether you are using iOS or the website and whether you signed in with Apple or Google. Do not send a password, sign-in code, access token, or private key. You can permanently delete your account and synced collection from the profile controls.
Catalog corrections
Include the game name, edition, the field that appears wrong, the correct information, and a reliable source. The public catalog currently contains a metadata-only cohort, so missing artwork or an Almanac score may be intentional.
Publishers and rights holders
Publishers may request a game-page correction or begin a claim. Rights holders may report an image, document, trademark, or other content concern without first completing a publisher claim. Include the affected URL, your relationship to the work, and the action requested. We will hide credible disputed media while it is reviewed.
Response and safety
We aim to acknowledge support and rights messages promptly, but response time is not guaranteed. If a linked deal, community post, or account appears fraudulent or unsafe, stop interacting with it and report the exact page.
