What this is
In Between Two Cities, players build a shared city with each of their neighbours. Can they make both thrive. On each turn they select two tiles from hand, reveal them, then work with their partners separately to place one of those tiles into each of their two cities before passing the remaining hand of tiles around the table. The player with the highest final score wins the game.
