What this is
Nations vie for hydroelectric dominance in a dystopia where water is power. Players spend 60-120 minutes managing engineers, building conduits and powerhouses, and controlling water flow along river valleys to generate the most electricity. Its intricate machinery and tight resource constraints make it one of the most demanding economic games in the hobby.
